1 Mango ¼ Yellow Bell Pepper 1 tbsp Onion 1 clove of minced Garlic ¼ cup Water ½ tsp Salt 1 tsp Cayenne 1 tsp Chili Powder Oil
Directions:Dice about a tbsp of onion and pan fry with oil of your choice. Peel and cut up on mango and ¼ of a bell pepper. Mince 1 garlic clove. Add all the ingredients to a saucepan. Bring it to a boil and reduce the heat so it simmers for about 20 mins. Either use an immersion blender or a normal blender to puree the ingredients. Return to the saucepan if you need to and simmer for 10 mins. Enjoy!
